About Me
Tim Christiansen is a producer, engineer and educator based in Nashville, TN whose love for music started when he was younger, taking voice and piano lessons at six years old. It was this medium he used to grow closer with family and friends, especially his father and Godfather. One day, the three of them were playing a video game called DJ Hero. This later inspired them to buy their own dj mixers and do gigs around their hometown of Beckley, WV. Pretty soon, it led to hooking up their church's old sound equipment that was collecting dust in the basement. After hearing the same Catholic hymns repeatedly, they wanted to put their newfound knowledge to practice with more contemporary music. Thus, the St. Francis de Sales Youth Choir was born, where Tim developed a knack for AV equipment. These experiences led him to pursue an audio degree at Belmont University, where he met some incredible people, laying the foundation for who he is today! He currently works as a shop technician for Screenworks NEP and as a dj/audio teacher for Guitar Center!
